understanding of cultural and language needs, ensuring every client feels truly heard and cared for.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and over 15 years of customer service experience, Ramandeep brings both technical skill and compassion to her practice. She began her career supporting seniors, later expanded into the optical field, and found her true passion in hearing healthcare.
